I made an ahhhmazing pasta salad today and thought I would share the goodness with you! This recipe makes A LOT so you may want to half it. I have a large family and love leftovers so it was perfect for us. What I love most about this recipe is you can vary on the ingredients to suit your preferences. For example you can choose what type of cheese and meat you want to use. I used deli sliced chicken and a colby monterrey cheese mix but I think diced ham and mozzarella cheese would taste wonderful as well. Enjoy!
